I have been serving my customers in Plantation with successful results. 

When I informed one of my customers that I had gotten 22 showings during the first day of their property on the market, they were astonished. Next day, I told them that I got 17 families attending my Open House at their property, they said they were amazed! On the third day, I told them that we got 5 contracts, they said they couldn't believe it. On the same third day in the evening I told them that their property is under contract, with a cash buyer, no contingencies, and closing in 14 days, first, they didn't say anything, then both husband and wife shouted: "WOW!!"  Two weeks later, I told them, check your banking account to verify that you received your funds because we closed. They just said, "Thank you Carolina!"
